The Lucky Coin Youth Triathlon Race is a fun, kid-friendly, competitive with a unique course that is challenging but allows for lots of fun and excitement! The race will be held on Sunday, June 19th at 9:00 am at the Stratford Recreation Association.
Like any triathlon, this race will begin with a swim, followed by a bike ride, and finish with a run, however, the distances will vary depending on the age of the participants. The purpose of this race is to challenge kids to a fun event and gain interest in the unique sport. The races will have varying start times, but all follow similar courses made of a number of laps, depending on the age of the participants.
Distances will be broken down for groups of children aged 6-8 and 9-10 and another set of distances for the 11-12 and 13-15 age groups.
